We were in Paris for 6 days and we went to Le 17.45 twice… the experience was amazing both times. The staff is very friendly and they will help you choose or tell you if you’re overreaching ;) The meats and cheeses were delicious and you MUST try the Tete de Moine. We will definitely come back here next time we’re in Paris.

We had such a special dinner here, the staff made us feel very welcome and answered all of our questions. The selection of cheeses, meats, and extras was very impressive - the wine choice was excellent too. I would definitely recommend this amazing restaurant! Thank you for such great hospitality!

From the moment you open the door of 17.45 it is clear that you are in for a special dining experience. The air is heady with the aroma of ripened cheeses and cured meats with a subtle background of wood. We are greeted by two lovely women who are busy behind the counter preparing cheeses for the evening. Cured meats hang all around them. We are led to our table across a warm and cozy room that at seven in the evening is still quiet. Soon enough it will fill with Parisiens whose conversation and laughter add to the charm. The three of us together make our choices from delights that are both familiar but also new to us. Our choices soon arrive with crusty bread and fine French wine as well as cider. It is a feast. I am grateful to chance which brought us 17.45. It is rare for a meal to be so memorable. Thank you.

Customer experience was great. The concept is about tasting local charcuteries and cheeses. Everything was fresh and of good quality, and the waiter helped us with information and suggestions. The inside is cozy. The waiter was constantly checking if everything was ok with our table. I'd definitely recommend this place to the foodies/epicurious and to anyone who wants to have a nice dinner with friends.

We tried Le 1745 Paris Daguerre last week and really enjoyed the experience. The indoor seating is beautiful, very cozy with a charming French touch. The place focuses mainly on cheese and wine, and the concept is great! There’s a wide variety on the menu, and the way you order makes the whole experience even more fun. We tried several kinds of cheese and charcuterie, and everything was delicious. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the prices are really fair for the quality. Just a small note: if you’re coming as a big group, you might need to wait a little for the cheese platter to be ready — but it’s definitely worth it!

An absolutely amazing gem. The best charcuterie I have had in my life. Homemade, fresh, in season, and overall outstanding. Will definitely be back.
